Prepping for another comedy show this week, it was odd to start it off on 4-29-1992, the day, 20 years ago, when LA experienced one of the worst riots in history after the acquittal of 4 white police officers in the Rodney King verdict.
I do think that we’ve moved forward, but there’s obviously always going to be work to do.
